Privacy notice
This notice explains how guest information shared through the RSVP for The Golden Chapter is handled.
What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number, whether you are attending, the name of a guest if one is invited with you, and any access or dietary requirements you choose to share.
Why we collect it
Only to plan and run the launch evening: confirming your place, managing capacity, catering and accessibility, and sending you event details. If you opt in, we may also send occasional news about the book.
Who can see it
The author and the small team organising the event. Details are never sold or shared for marketing by third parties. Email delivery is handled by our email provider solely to send your confirmation.
How long we keep it
Guest details are deleted within six months of the event, unless you asked to stay on the mailing list.
Your choices
You can change or withdraw your response at any time using your invitation link, or ask for your details to be corrected or erased.
